Before - Pre-fab fireplace had severe water damage. Hearth was sinking into floor. Brick face was pulling away from wall.
After - Replaced all damaged wood and drywall. Applied new tile to hearth and facing. Installed bi-folding smoked glass doors.
Before - Home had two chimneys. Both suffered from chronic moisture infiltration due to lack of crown and caps. East Chimney West Chimney
After - Both were completely rebuilt from the ground up. Installed 4" concrete crown and multi-flue stainless caps. East Chimney West Chimney
